SUMMARY :


“The Fun They Had” is a futuristic story about virtual

education. Margie and Tommy study through mechanical

teachers at home. Tommy finds an old printed book

about old schools where students studied together.

Margie feels that old schools were more enjoyable than

modern computerized learning.

MORAL OF THE STORY :

Traditional schools provide friendship, interaction and

joyful learning.

loses them in the crowd. Then he realizes that parents’

love is more valuable than material things.

Love and security of parents are most important.
